Organic creamy balsamic vinegar with as much as 30% pomegranate.
The balsamic vinegar we use is of Greek origin. The result is a blend and ripening of red wine vinegar and concentrated grape must.
The concentrated grape must comes from an original and ancient recipe where a slow cooking has been used until it becomes a viscous and shiny liquid.
In each bottle there is juice from about 2.5 pomegranates.
The product is sugar-free and we have instead used xylitol which is good for e.g. overgrowth of candida.
Balsamic vinegar is very healthy and the useful substances in the grapes are preserved in the manufacturing process.
Due to the subjective nature of the taste and because the product contains a large percentage of pomegranate, both products are suitable for sweet or savory dishes.
Spice up a boring salad with our balsamic vinegar together with olive oil or use for hard / ripe cheeses, grilled cheese, fruit salads, dishes or marinate meat. Last but not least, it also enhances the taste of panini and bruschettas.
